The name “ultraviolet” meaning above the violet from the latin word “ultra”.
The ultraviolet rays can be good for health when they are few and especially for the synthesis of vitamin D. But, when there are too many, theses rays can provoke some skin cancers, some ocular diseases and the skin can get older much quicker.
On one hand it will be interesting to talk about the ultraviolet rays and on the other hand, we’ll study a disease related to those rays: —The cataract.
